The Marvelous Collection is a password protected site available to members only. It is an online collection of artifacts and artworks bought by the members as an investment. Mark Valentine from the Marvelous Collection approached CREATE DESIGN ™ to come up with a concept for the brand & the website that would capture a sophisticated, expensive feel, for a wealthy boys club whose interest in art and artifact collectables was the pivotal clue to the design.

After hours of doodling and conceptualizing, we looked to the stars and in an instant we were enlightened! The result is a window (your computer) into a celestial galaxy where you as the member hold the key to unlocking the treasures within your collection. The velvet night sky is animated in flash. In order to navigate the content on the site you click through the stars to arrive at your treasure. The idea of the night sky alludes to navigation and exploration which is in essence what the members do as they trot the globe looking for artifacts to own. On the site there are complete galleries of artworks with artist bios and descriptions. It is a collection that is updated with each new purchase.
