Mobili Fusion was started by Kira Bladergroen in 2005 when she recognised the possibilities of retailing exciting contemporary modern interior options in the Garden Route area.

Mobili Fusion commissioned CREATE DESIGN ™ to develop a modular content management system driven website which would form the platform for developing the Mobili Fusion online portfolio and so target a wider audience. The site allows the store management full control over the online catalogue content. The platform has been carefully constructed to allow for website growth and for the addition of functionality such as eCommerce as the client’s needs evolve.

The Mobili Fusion website had to enable ease of access and navigation for the target audience of regular and first-time internet users. The simplification of the navigation is complemented by classic execution of design detail to highlight elements of the furniture. CREATE DESIGN ™ has implemented an online shopping cart to allow the viewers to request quotations on products. This enables the user to submit an online request which Mobili Fusion can follow up on to discuss individual client requirements. This function is modular, allowing the upgrade to full eCommerce at any stage. The inclusion of a news and special feature section allows for frequently posted news items to be displayed and archived. The striking feature of the Mobili Fusion website is that even though it contains a large number of products, the site remains easy to navigate and retains an uncluttered, stylish feel.
